Common Pricing Arrangements
The most common tenant pricing arrangements include the following:
- Monthly Rent & Free Surface Parking – range from $600 to $1,200 per month per office unit
- Monthly Telephone Support – we answer your main line using your company name, take your messages or forward to voice mail – $119 per month
- Wired and wireless internet – $60 per month for one computer
- Optional dedicated fax line – $35 per month
In total, our most common window office arrangement rents for $890 per month including telephone, reception and internet services.
Many tenants take advantage of our Optional Services many of which are provided by our Professional Staff.
