From a business perspective, tenants only pay for the optional administrative services they choose to use.

Some of the more popular services include copy and fax, scanning, express courier, postage and mail services and long distance calling service.

For tenant convenience, Optional Services are billed monthly.

All tenants enjoy the comfort features we provide: coffee and tea for you and your clients; warm, comfortable reception areas, access to a shared kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and other comfort features today's business person expects.

Importantly, the Execu-Suites professional staff can assist when you are planning for important meetings and presentations - if you need copies made, or meals arranged; the Execu-Suites staff is available to help.

Business Identity
Don't need an office full time but still need some of our services? We offer Business Identity service options that allow you to use our receptionist, phone answering, voice mail and conference rooms. This virtual office concept provides you with a professional office appearance. You can also use one of the three fully equipped conference rooms on an hourly basis for your meeting needs.
